Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads to identify potential buyers and investors.
- Conduct property visits and presentations for prospective clients.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain required property and transaction documentation.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and developments.
- Collaborate with sales and development teams to support business objectives.
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience throughout the sales process.
- Manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
- Guide clients through the closing process and ensure timely transaction completion.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and ethical standards related to real estate transactions.
