Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and recommend the most appropriate property options, clearly explaining project features, pricing, and key advantages.
- Plan and coordinate property site visits by managing schedules and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients.
- Keep client data well-organized and up to date by recording interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups to effectively monitor progress.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients, address their concerns promptly, and work towards converting leads into successful sales.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination, timely documentation, and efficient deal closures.
- Provide high-quality customer service to build trust, improve client satisfaction, and develop long-term relationships.
