VARS Builders is hiring a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive for our premium plotted development project,Aria Greens.We are looking for energetic sales professionals with a passion for real estate and strong client-handling skills to drive site visits, customer engagement, and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound property sales enquiries
- Generate and follow up with leads from digital marketing campaigns and referrals
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and investment benefits to clients
- Schedule and coordinate site visits
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Build strong customer relationships throughout the sales processMandatory Requirements
- Minimum1 year of real estate sales or telesales experience(mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage leads and close sales
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel preferred
