Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective home buyers through calls and understand their requirements.
• Suggest suitable project options and do site visits accordingly.
• Facilitate negotiations between customers and builders to ensure smooth deal closure.
• Develop strong client relationships and generate referral opportunities.
• Promote and cross-sell NoBroker services to enhance overall customer experience.
• Continuously nurture leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
• Stay informed about current real estate market trends and local market developments.
