Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in React.js, cloud technologies, and modern application development to lead frontend engineering and cloud-based solution development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of leading engineering teams in designing and delivering scalable enterprise applications.

This role will work closely with architects, backend teams, DevOps, QA, and onsite stakeholders in a global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Engineering and UI Development

Lead development of modern web applications using React.js and related frontend technologies

Drive UI architecture, reusable component design, and frontend best practices

Ensure responsive, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces

Collaborate with UX/UI teams for implementation of designs and workflows

Cloud and Application Services

Design and develop cloud-enabled applications and integrations

Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and microservices into frontend applications

Support deployment and hosting of applications in cloud environments

Contribute to application scalability, performance optimization, and security improvements

Technical Leadership

Lead and mentor frontend and full-stack engineers

Conduct code reviews and establish development standards and best practices
