Architecture & Design: Design the overall frontend application architecture, establish coding standards, and build reusable component frameworks (e.g., using React Hooks, Context API, and Redux Toolkit).
Technical Strategy: Lead the migration or modernization of applications
Integration & APIs: Define API contracts, caching strategies, and secure authentication flows (OAuth, JWT) between React frontends and backend services (Java)
Performance Optimization: Enforce best practices for optimizing bundle sizes, code-splitting, lazy loading, and runtime performance.
DevOps & CI/CD: Partner with DevOps teams to set up automated testing (Jest, Cypress), build CI/CD pipelines, and manage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Leadership & Mentoring: Collaborate with UI/UX designers, stakeholders, and offshore development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
