Key responsibilities
- Provide support to the assigned consulting and technical teams.
- Assist with fee management, billing, invoicing, and budget-related activities.
- Support efficient team communication and help maintain client relationships.
- Perform planning, coordination, and organizational tasks for assigned engagements.
- Ensure all required documentation is properly maintained, filed, and archived.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for client teams and senior leadership.
- Review working papers and client folders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement productivity and client service delivery.
- Act as a central point of contact for assigned engagements.
- Develop an understanding of engagement services and provide recommendations for process improvements.
