The candidate must have prior hands-on experience working on QuickBooks Online (QBO) and should be comfortable handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for clients.This is a strictly on-site role, and candidates must be willing to work from our office.Key Responsibilities:

• Recording day-to-day accounting transactions in QuickBooks Online
• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Creating and recording bills, invoices, payments, and receipts
• Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Reviewing vendor and customer ledgers
• Categorizing banking transactions accurately
• Maintaining proper bookkeeping records
• Supporting month-end closing and basic financial reporting
• Coordinating with the internal team for pending documents and transaction clarification
• Handling other accounting and bookkeeping-related tasks as requiredRequired Skills and Experience:
• Prior working experience in QuickBooks Online is mandatory
• Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Knowledge of AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and transaction recording
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to manage assigned tasks responsibly
• Basic Excel knowledge will be preferred
• Experience in US bookkeeping will be an added advantageImportant Requirement:This is an on-site work opportunity only.
