Position: Q-Commerce Growth & Ads ManagerLocation: Chennai or Indore (Preferred) Experience: 1-3 Years Department: Growth Reports To: Head of Growth / Founders Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven Q-Commerce Growth & Ads Manager to own and scale Indian Snack House's business across platforms such as Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, BigBasket Now, and other emerging quick commerce channels.The role combines platform growth, category management, performance marketing, merchandising, and advertising. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with platform category managers, analyzing data, optimizing visibility, managing ad spends, and driving sales growth.This role will have a direct impact on making Q-Commerce one of the largest growth channels for Indian Snack House.Key Responsibilities Platform Growth & Account Management
Own revenue, growth, and profitability across all Q-Commerce platforms.
Build strong relationships with category managers and platform teams.
Drive onboarding of new SKUs, cities, and dark stores.
Ensure high availability and stock health across platforms.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stock-outs and improve fill rates.
Work with platform teams to secure placements, campaigns, visibility, and launches.
Advertising & Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize advertising spends across:
Zepto Ads
Instamart Ads
Blinkit Ads
BigBasket Ads
Monitor ROAS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics.
Build campaign calendars around launches, festivals, and platform events.
Continuously test keywords, placements, creatives, and promotions.
Scale ad investments while maintaining healthy contribution margins.
Revenue Growth & Analytics
Track daily, weekly, and monthly business performance.
