Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and product performance across all quick commerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate product listings, updated pricing, descriptions, and images in coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor stock levels, fulfillment timelines, and address order or delivery-related issues proactively.
- Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and offers in collaboration with platform partners.
- Track competitor activities and consumer trends to refine product positioning and assortment strategy.
- Ensure product quality, packaging, and labeling are aligned with quick commerce and FSSAI standards.
- Work closely with marketing to ensure brand storytelling and communication consistency across digital storefronts.

Other requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Certification or coursework in Digital Marketing/E-commerce Operations preferred.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or quick commerce account management, preferably with FMCG or food
products.
