- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable testing architectures that support evolving project requirements.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality standards and testing objectives across projects.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong expertise in designing automated testing frameworks and integrating them with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Experience in scripting and developing reusable test components to improve efficiency and maintainability.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for automation and quality enhancement.
- Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing robotic process automation workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering robust and scalable quality engineering solutions.
