Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform quality control analysis of API, OSD, Nutra, and Biotech products.Operate and handle analytical instruments such as:HPLCGCUV-Visible SpectrophotometerIR SpectrometerKarl Fischer TitratorPolarimeterpH MeterAuto TitratorPotentiometerMelting Point ApparatusFinished Product AnalyzerConduct testing of Raw Materials, In-Process Samples, Finished Products, and Stability Samples.Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, Data Integrity, and laboratory safety requirements.Maintain accurate analytical records, reports, and documentation.Investigate and document OOS, OOT, Deviations, and Laboratory Incidents.Collaborate with Production, QA, and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and compliance.Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.Preferred SkillsHands-on experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control laboratories.Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and Data Integrity practices.Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (USFDA, MHRA, EU-GMP, WHO-GMP preferred).Good communication and documentation skills.
