Responsible for quality oversight of electrical equipment installation, power distribution, instrumentation, and control system commissioning activities at the semiconductor facility. Acts as the quality interface between the owner's team, GC, and E&I sub-contractors, ensuring all installations meet design specifications and applicable standards.
Inspect installation of HT/LT switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, bus ducts, cable trays, and power panels.
Verify instrument installation, loop checks, calibration records, and tagging as per P&IDs and instrument index.
Review ITP compliance for all E&I work packages; witness hold/witness points.
Conduct grounding, continuity, and insulation resistance (Megger) test witnessing and documentation.
Raise NCRs for non-conformances; track resolution and verify corrective actions.
Coordinate with GC, PMC, and commissioning team for pre-commissioning check sheets and punch list management.
Maintain quality dossiers, as-built inspection records, and test reports in Excel-based trackers.
Prepare weekly quality status reports and presentation slides for project leadership.
Strong understanding of relevant IS, IEC, NFPA and ASTM codes.
