About the job
We are looking for detail-oriented QA specialists to validate speech recordings, transcripts, annotations, metadata, and dataset quality before delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Review audio files for technical and linguistic quality.
- Verify transcription accuracy and annotation consistency.
- Validate metadata, naming conventions, and delivery formats.
- Identify quality trends and recurring error patterns.
- Work closely with operations and annotation teams to drive corrections.
- Maintain audit logs and quality reports.
Success metrics:
- QA accuracy.
- Dataset acceptance rates.
- Error detection effectiveness.
- Turnaround time for reviews.
- Reduction in repeat quality issues.
Skill(s) required
Data Annotation Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
Other requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in quality assurance, annotation review, content review, transcription QA, or related domains.
- Excellent listening and language comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
