Key Responsibilities

1. Read all the documents and understand what needs to be tested

1. Decide how it is to be tested based on the information procured in the above step

1. Develop test cases and test scenarios

1. Execute all the test cases and report defects

1. Carry out regression testing whenever changes are made to the code to fix defects

1. Analyze the test results and then submit their observations

Other requirements

1. Should have 0-1 years of experience in automation and manual testing

1. Experience in mobile and web application testing

1. Strong knowledge of REST API testing manually

1. Having a good understanding of HTTP methods

1. Hands-on experience in testing tools like Postman, Apache JMeter

1. Good understanding of programming languages like JAVA, Python, or Node.js

1. Experience in performance and security testing is a plus
