About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Developing scraping scripts: Designing and implementing web scraping algorithms and scripts to extract data from websites efficiently

1. Data extraction and parsing: Writing code to retrieve specific data elements from HTML, XML, JSON, or other structured formats on web pages

1. Data cleaning and transformation: Processing extracted data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and conformity with desired formats or standards

1. Automation: Building automated processes to regularly fetch and update data from target websites, minimizing manual intervention

1. Performance optimization: Optimizing scraping algorithms for speed, scalability, and resource efficiency to handle large volumes of data

1. Proxy management: Managing proxy servers and IP rotation to prevent IP blocking and ensure uninterrupted scraping operations
