Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our Supply chain team within the Life Sciences division. In this role, you will supervise team and managing the daily operations of the Planning, Scheduling and Purchasing teams, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a timely, efficient and safe manner. This includes and is not limited to internal and external purchasing, planning and scheduling. The supervisor is responsible for adherence to all company operating procedures and government regulations (ISO, GMP, OSHA, DEA, CFR, etc.) You will act as the subject matter expert for the department and support internal and external projects being developed and brought into production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver service and support to both our internal and external customers. You will deliver training and guidance to your team and others on use of multiple electronic systems (ERP, EQMS, LMS, TNA etc.) to support day to day operations to ensure smooth operations and delivery of goods and services.
Interface with electronic systems (ERP, EQMS, LMS, TNA) to support daily operations and ensure optimal processes.
Supervise team activities, including purchasing, planning, scheduling, and ensure training is complete.
Lead the maintenance of planning and purchasing systems (SAP – PRP, APO, EWM) and support S&OP for supply-demand alignment to Maintain raw materials and finished goods availability to meet production schedules and client forecasts.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and train the team on quality management systems to compliance with policies.
Identify trends and implement solutions for supply chain issues; manage MRP usage for GMP and non-GMP materials.
Collaborate with Project management, Manufacturing and other departments to ensure timely product availability. Serve as the subject matter expert for Supply Chain/Purchasing activities related to onboarding new products and projects, also represents the department during audits and client visits.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Biology, Chemistry or other Business or Life Sciences discipline.
4+ years of operational experience in inventory control, planning/scheduling, or purchasing
2+ years of experience in a GMP environment.
OR
High School Diploma or GED
8+ years of experience in supply chain operations, inventory control, planning/scheduling, or purchasing. Laboratory management with the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or manufacturing sectors.
2+ years of experience in a GMP environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in SAP (PRP, and PSE/EWM)
2+ years of experience utilizing quality management systems (Agile, Trackwise etc.)
Proven track record of leading a team to successfully deliver exceptional outcomes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Work collaboratively in a cross functional fast paced environment.
Experience in a contract manufacturing or make to order (MTO) production environment.
Pay Range for this position: $74,300--$111,500
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
