Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new vendors for engineering and machine components
- Float RFQs and compare quotations
- Follow up with suppliers for the timely delivery of materials
- Coordinate with vendors regarding quality and delivery schedules
- Support procurement activities for engineering and manufacturing requirements
- Maintain purchase records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements
- Assist in cost negotiations and vendor evaluations
- Ensure on-time procurement of materials
