Teacher Partners at Openhouse deliver engaging, high-quality Public Speaking classes for children while taking ownership of student progress, parent experience, and the overall learning environment. This role is ideal for folks who enjoy working with children and helping them build confidence through communication, storytelling, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality classes: Prepare for and conduct public speaking classes using the openhouse curriculum, facilitating activities such as speeches, storytelling, debates, and presentation exercises.

1. Track student development: Monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and provide meaningful feedback to parents and the management team through regular updates and progress reports.

1. Support the learning community: Interact with parents during feedback sessions, workshops, and events, and collaborate with the management team to support student trials and admissions when required.

1. Lead showcases and events: Prepare students for showcases and competitions, conduct rehearsals, and participate in events, training, and team meetings.

Time Commitment:

Any 5 days of the week (20 hours per week, 4 hours each day you choose):

1. Weekday Timings: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

1. Weekend Timings: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Location:

1. Classes are conducted across Bangalore at learning centers or apartment complexes.

1. The location will be assigned according to your preference.
