We help brands grow through strategic communication, public relations, content, digital marketing, design, and integrated campaigns. Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic PR Executive to support the planning and execution of public relations initiatives across traditional and digital media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an understanding of media relations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities -
- Support the execution of PR strategies and communication plans.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, articles, briefing documents, and other communication materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate media outreach activities and follow up on media opportunities.
- Monitor, track, and analyze media coverage and prepare regular coverage reports.
- Assist in planning and executing press conferences, media interactions, product launches, and industry events.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Digital, Content, Creative, and Strategy to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Maintain and update media databases and contact lists.
- Monitor industry news, trends, and competitor activities relevant to client brands.
- Support research and preparation of communication recommendations for clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or an agency environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and coordination abilities.
- Good understanding of the media landscape and PR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation creation.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, content development, and productivity enhancement will be an added advantage.
