About the job

We are looking for dedicated and responsible Property Captains to manage and oversee our residential properties in Goa. This is a live-in role, where the Property Captain will reside at the assigned property and be responsible for its day-to-day operations, tenant experience, maintenance coordination, and overall upkeep. Accommodation will be provided at the property. Candidates should be comfortable staying on-site and being available to handle operational requirements and tenant concerns as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of the assigned property and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Stay at the property and act as the primary point of contact for tenants and visitors.
• Ensure all rooms and common areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
• Coordinate and supervise housekeeping, maintenance staff, and external vendors.
• Address tenant concerns, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and ensure proper functioning of utilities, safety equipment, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate repair and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain records, reports, and property-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and local authorities when required.
• Handle emergency situations and provide timely resolutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in hospitality, property management, operations, customer service, or facility management will be an added advantage.
