Job Description Summary
The Lead Project Manager will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑site healthcare equipment installations across various modalities such as MRI, CT, PET‑CT, Cath Labs, and other imaging systems. The role is responsible for managing multi‑project, multi‑location portfolios, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget, quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This position leads planning, site readiness validation, MEP/HVAC/electrical coordination, interior fit‑out execution, vendor management, and customer communication throughout the installation lifecycle. It ensures alignment with AERB, NABH, electrical, RF shielding, and workplace safety norms. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Service, Application Specialists, OEM engineering, Customer Facilities/MEP teams, and vendors to achieve first‑time‑right installations and exceptional customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑project, multi‑location healthcare installation portfolios (MRI, CT, PET‑CT, Cath Lab).
- Own master schedules, critical paths, milestones, and recovery plans to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Conduct site readiness assessments covering MEP, HVAC, electrical loads, shielding, statutory approvals, and safety.
- Manage contractors and OEM partners across civil, electrical, HVAC, shielding, rigging, and logistics.
- Oversee installation, calibration, IQ/OQ, commissioning, and handover to Service/Applications teams.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, regulatory, quality, and infection‑control standards throughout execution.
- Control budgets, change orders, billing milestones, and vendor payments.
- Act as single point of contact for customers and stakeholders, driving CSAT/NPS and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Biomedical/Industrial) or Architecture.
