Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the Project plans in line with the Customer & Company requirements

• Provide technical support and guidance to execution team on Asset Management and Material/Spare Management

• Monitor & Control ongoing projects and report out to stake holders periodically – Weekly, monthly as required Deliver the task on time with Quality and Manage member team (KPIs)

• Hire competent resources on time and deploy them to projects

• Co-ordinate with multiple departments/stake holders to ensure seamless project execution

• Develop team training plan to team based on varying project requirements

• People and resource management; shift allocations, yearly performance review
