We are seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Senior Business Process Transformation Manager to lead operational transformation, automation, and governance initiatives across Finance Operations and Legal Operations. As Techolution continues to scale, there is a growing need to modernize business processes that currently rely on manual coordination, spreadsheets, follow-ups, and fragmented tracking systems. This role will be responsible for building scalable operational frameworks, driving automation, implementing AI-enabled workflows, and establishing governance mechanisms that improve efficiency, accountability, visibility, and execution across the organization. Working closely with Finance, Legal, Sales, HR, Operations, and Leadership teams, you will play a critical role in transforming operational processes into streamlined, data-driven, and scalable systems that support business growth. Key Responsibilities
•
Lead business process transformation and automation initiatives across Finance Operations and Legal Operations to improve operational efficiency, visibility, and governance.
Analyze existing workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and redesign processes to eliminate manual dependencies and improve execution.
Build scalable operational systems for collections tracking, approval workflows, contract lifecycle management, compliance monitoring, renewals, and executive reporting.
Drive automation and AI-enabled workflow initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve turnaround times, and increase operational accuracy.
Establish centralized dashboards, trackers, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into operational performance and business-critical activities.
Create governance mechanisms, escalation frameworks, and SLA-driven processes that improve accountability and ensure timely execution across teams.
Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Sales, HR, and Leadership teams to streamline operations, improve cross-functional collaboration, and drive organizational alignment.
Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, and delivery of transformation initiatives.
Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational standards to support scalable business growth.
Continuously identify opportunities to increase automation coverage, improve process maturity, strengthen governance, and enhance operational excellence across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
2-6 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Transformation roles.
Proven experience in business process transformation, process optimization, automation, or operational improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of operational workflows, governance frameworks, SLA management, compliance tracking, and process standardization.
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving initiatives across multiple business functions.
Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions.
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Experience creating and managing dashboards, KPIs, reports, trackers, and executive-level reporting mechanisms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, Airtable, or similar tools.
Exposure to AI-enabled business operations, automation initiatives, or digital transformation projects.
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or advanced Excel.
Understanding of Finance Operations, Legal Operations, Contract Management, Compliance, Collections, or Governance processes.
Background in Consulting, PMO, Business Operations, Process Excellence, or Business Transformation is highly preferred.
