Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, monitor, and close government projects in accordance with contractual requirements.

1. Develop project plans, implementation strategies, timelines, and deliverables.

1. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

1. Track project milestones, progress, and key performance indicators.

1. Coordinate with state government departments, central government ministries, PSUs, and other stakeholders.

1. Represent the organization in meetings, reviews, presentations, and project discussions.

1. Ensure compliance with government policies, guidelines, and contractual obligations.

1. Manage procurement, logistics, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning activities for project execution.

1. Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and implementation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

1. Ensure timely delivery, installation, and acceptance of equipment and infrastructure.

1. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly project progress reports.

1. Maintain project MIS, dashboards, documentation, and compliance records.

1. Present project status updates to senior management and government authorities.

1. Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.

1. Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
