Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Contribute to project operations by assisting in task planning and ensuring all required materials and information are readily available.

1. Act as a point of coordination for team members across locations by communicating expectations clearly and keeping track of ongoing work.

1. Perform preliminary quality checks on deliverables to confirm they follow the given brief, and highlight any gaps or errors.

1. Oversee timelines and task progress through internal systems, proactively identifying bottlenecks and escalating concerns when needed.

1. Liaise with different internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth execution across various project stages.

1. Keep project data up to date and compile short updates or summaries to reflect progress and key outcomes.

1. Follow organizational standards related to data privacy, confidentiality, and secure handling of all work-related information.
