We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support project execution and operational coordination for ongoing business activities. This role involves managing communication, monitoring workflows, and ensuring smooth collaboration between multiple stakeholders. 1. Support daily project operations by organizing execution-related information, maintaining workflow documentation, and ensuring required resources are accessible to relevant teams. 2. Communicate with remote contributors on a regular basis to share instructions, collect updates, resolve routine operational queries, and maintain execution alignment. 3. Perform initial-level validation of submitted outputs to ensure compliance with project expectations and notify the concerned team in case of inconsistencies or missing requirements. 4. Track progress against assigned timelines through internal systems and assist in identifying execution gaps, delays, or process-related concerns. 5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external associates to facilitate smooth information flow and uninterrupted project delivery. 6. Prepare concise operational updates, maintain internal databases, and document project progress for reporting and tracking purposes. 7. Ensure strict adherence to company policies related to confidentiality, secure handling of information, and responsible management of project data.
