Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Officer (PCO) to support project governance, financial operations, and cross-functional coordination activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring project tracking, financial reconciliation, reporting accuracy, and adherence to PMO processes while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project governance activities and ensure compliance with PMO processes and standards
- Track project progress, maintain project documentation, and provide status reporting
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Assist in financial reconciliation, budget tracking, and operational reporting activities
- Maintain and update project management tools such as Planview and JIRA
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel and Power BI
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate where necessary
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across project and financial records
- Collaborate with teams across multiple geographies and time zones
- Support PMO reporting, governance reviews, and audit requirements
- Participate in project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
Required Skills & Experience:
- 25 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Financial Operations roles
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Planview and/or JIRA
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power BI
- Experience in project tracking, reporting, and governance activities
