Project Coordinator - MediaLocation: Remote (Work From Home/anywhere)Working Days: Monday to SaturdayCompensation Bracket: 4.5-6 LPA About House Sparrow FilmsHouse Sparrow Films is a learning and training video production company. We turn complex ideas into clear, visually strong video content for learners and teams, and we are now expanding into a wider range of media and content formats. Our work is built by a focused, talented group of creative leads, media producers, artists, content specialists, and trusted freelancers who care deeply about getting things right. We work with clients across the globe, not just within India. The Role in One LineYou own the project. From the moment it lands with you, the delivery, the client relationship, and the coordination of every team involved sits on your shoulders. Why This Is Not a 9-to-5 RoleLet us be upfront, because this is the single most important thing to understand about this position. This is an ownership role, not a clock-in role. We serve clients across multiple time zones, which means some conversations and decisions happen outside standard Indian business hours. In exchange, you get genuine autonomy over how you structure your day and how you run your projects. We measure you on delivery and outcomes, not on whether you were at a desk from 9 to 5.If you are someone who thrives when you are trusted with the whole thing, who takes pride in being the person everyone can rely on, this role is built for you.If you prefer fixed hours and narrowly scoped tasks handed to you one at a time, this is honestly not the right fit, and that is okay. What You Will OwnProject Ownership and Delivery
The moment a project moves from the sales or marketing team to you, ownership transfers fully. You become the single point of accountability for that project, end to end.
You build the delivery plan, set the internal milestones, and protect the final deadline.
You are the person who answers the question "where is this project and will it land on time," and the person who makes sure the answer stays positive.
Client Communication
You are the single point of contact for the client through the entire life of the project.
You keep communication streamlined, clear, and timely, including across time zones and with international clients.
You manage scope, expectations, feedback, approvals, and revisions so that nothing falls through the cracks.
You translate what the client wants into clear, actionable briefs for the internal team.

You coordinate the creative lead, the media team, and the art and content teams to move every project forward.
You do not execute the creative work yourself. Your job is to make sure the right people have the right brief, the right context, and the time they need to do their best work.
You run the schedule, surface blockers early, and keep everyone aligned on priorities and timelines.
Freelancer and External Coordination
You brief, coordinate, and follow up with the freelancers we work with.
You make sure every external contributor delivers on spec, on quality, and on time.
Timeline and Quality
You own the delivery date. You plan backwards from it and defend it.
You anticipate risks before they turn into delays, and you raise them early rather than late.
You hold the line on quality while keeping the project moving.
How the Role Works Day to DayYou will not be carrying execution alone. You have full access to a skilled creative team: a creative lead, the media team, and the art and content teams. Your strength is not in doing every task yourself, it is in orchestrating the right people, keeping communication clean, and owning the outcome.A typical week involves driving multiple projects at different stages at once: kicking off new briefs, chasing approvals, unblocking the team, updating clients, and making sure every deadline stays protected. What We Are Looking For
A strong ownership mindset. You take responsibility, you follow through, and you do not pass the buck.
Excellent written and spoken English. You will be the voice of House Sparrow Films to clients around the world.
A calm, clear communicator who can hold many threads at once without dropping any.
Someone comfortable coordinating creative and production teams without micromanaging them.
Organized, proactive, and able to anticipate rather than just react.
Comfortable with flexible working hours driven by client time zones and delivery needs.
Someone who genuinely enjoys being the person everything runs through.
Nice to Have
Experience in video production, media, advertising, or a creative agency.
Familiarity with production workflows across pre-production, shoot, post, and delivery.
Prior experience working with international or cross-border clients.
Working knowledge of project coordination tools, trackers, and communication platforms.
What You Get
A high-trust, high-autonomy role where your judgement genuinely matters.
Full access to a skilled creative team, so you are never carrying execution alone.
The opportunity to shape how delivery works as House Sparrow Films expands into new media and content formats.
A role where your impact is visible and directly tied to the success of every project that comes through the door.
