Project Coordinator - CSR Skill Development ProjectLocation: Kalpetta, Wayanad Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible and accountable for mobilization targets, and periodic reports generation as per norms.
- Scrutinizing documents & enrolling eligible candidates.
- Conduct awareness programs and seminars as part of Mobilization.
- Conduct marketing and promotional activities, including social media updates and event coordination.
- Industry Engagement: Support HOD to establish and maintain relationships with various industries, companies, and organizations for OJT, Internship or Placements.
- Internship Coordination: Facilitate internships and industrial training opportunities for trainees, ensuring their exposure to real-world work environments, as required.
- Placement Drives: Support HOD in planning and executing placement drives and job fairs, coordinate with companies to schedule interviews and recruitment activities.
- Responsible for placement tracking and maintaining the placement database.
- Responsible for Placement Data Collection.
- To maintain database of job openings and internship opportunities. Assist trainees in applying for job opportunities.
- Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from recruiters and trainees to enhance the quality of placements and training programs.
- Responsible in running the skill academy as a profit centre.
- Guiding the counsellor and participating in activities including data collection, evaluation, and analysis.
Shared Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the institute and industry partners if required.
- Student Career Support: Support counsellor in career counselling and guidance to students, assisting them in making informed career decisions.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Proven experience in Skill development, Program Coordinator, Livelihood Officer, Customer service or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of English and Local languages is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
