About the internship
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities related to the Pratibha Pragtya Women Empowerment Project. The role involves working closely with vendors, beneficiaries, and customers to ensure smooth project operations and effective product promotion and sales.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors, beneficiaries, and customers for smooth project operations.
- Represent the organization by attending and participating in exhibitions and identifying opportunities for participation in new exhibitions.
- Support new product innovation and contribute ideas for improving and developing product lines.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product sales.
- Manage and update the project website and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Handle order processing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
- Maintain proper inventory management, including stock lists and material maintenance.
- Ensure accurate documentation and monthly data entry related to product sales and project activities.
- Organize and coordinate special projects and initiatives for women beneficiaries.
- Develop and promote sustainable gifting solutions and creative product ideas.
- Manage and update Pratibha Pragtya's social media platforms to promote products and project activities.
- Maintain proper records, reports, and project-related documentation.
