Role Overview:

This is a high-ownership role working directly with the leadership team to build new products from the ground up. You will gain hands-on exposure to partnerships, product development, research, and operations while contributing to strategic initiatives and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and manage relationships with school counselors, parents, and key stakeholders across India, Singapore, and the Middle East.

1. Support the design, development, and launch of youth-focused learning products.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across partnerships, product, research, and operations.

1. Research education trends, student development, and the social impact ecosystem to support product strategy.

1. Prepare presentations, reports, briefs, and other materials for leadership and external stakeholders.

1. Represent the organization at online and offline events, forums, and networking opportunities.

1. Assist leadership with strategic projects and operational initiatives.
