Project Analyst - Regulatory Excellence

Your Role:
The Project Analyst – Regulatory Excellence supports the planning, execution, and measurement of process improvement initiatives in the regulatory domain. With 5 years of experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Agile practices, the incumbent collaborates with process owners to optimize workflows, and drive data-driven improvements. The role emphasizes problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and the timely delivery of compliance solutions in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Project Support and Execution:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking medium-scale regulatory projects and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
- Support development of project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status communications.
- Coordinate Kaizen events and cross-functional workshops under guidance from senior project leads.
Process Improvement and Analytics:
- Map current-state processes, identify waste, and help design improved workflows.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support development and performance monitoring.
- Maintain dashboards and regular performance reports for informed decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in a global matrix organization to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops, capturing action items and follow-ups.
- Build and sustain relationships with process owners, compliance teams, and external partners.
