As a Program Management Intern, you will be embedded within our active social programs across Education, Health, and/or Environment. You will work closely with our Program Head to plan, execute, monitor, and document field activities. This is a hands-on, field-intensive role you will interact with community members, partner NGOs, government officials, and corporate CSR teams, gaining an end-to-end view of how social programs are managed at scale.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
A. Program management:
Assist in planning and scheduling program activities, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate field visits, community mobilization drives, and beneficiary interactions.
Liaise with government bodies, schools, health centers, and partner organizations.
Maintain program records, attendance registers, and beneficiary databases.
Collect field data and support the preparation of monthly progress reports for CSR partners.
Document success stories, case studies, and field photographs for communications use.
Support logistics for health camps, awareness events, plantation drives, and workshops.
Assist in the preparation of program proposals, budgets, and implementation plans.
B. Communications & social media engagement:
Manage and grow Udaan's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X.
Create engaging content posts, carousels, reels, infographics, and short videos for all platforms.
Write compelling stories about our programs, beneficiaries, and team (with consent).

Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting (4-5 posts/week).
Design visual assets using Canva or Adobe tools for social media, presentations, and reports.
Assist in drafting newsletters, press releases, donor updates, and impact summaries.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an online community.
Coordinate with the program team to source field stories, photos, and data for content.
C. CSR partnerships:
Research and build a database of corporate CSR prospects (PSUs, MNCs, and Indian corporates) aligned with our focus areas.
Study CSR Annual Reports and Schedule VII compliance to identify companies mandated to fund Education, Health, and Environment.
Draft CSR proposals, concept notes, and program briefs tailored to specific corporate interests.
Design partnership pitch decks (PowerPoint/Canva) for presentations to CSR heads.
Coordinate and schedule introductory calls and meetings with CSR decision-makers.
Maintain a tracker for all prospects, proposals, follow-ups, and deal stages.
Assist in preparing impact reports and utilization certificates for existing CSR partners.
Research CSR events, conferences, and forums for organizational visibility.

Note: The internship period will be subject to periodic performance reviews. Udaan Engineers Multipurpose Society reserves the right to discontinue the internship before the completion of the stated tenure if the intern's performance, conduct, attendance, or engagement is found to be unsatisfactory, or if organizational requirements so necessitate. Wherever practicable, such decisions will be communicated in advance.

Willingness to travel for fieldwork in rural/semi-urban areas.
Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi; English preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage timelines.
NGO experience, knowledge of government schemes, or documentation skills are a plus.
Experience managing social media platforms.
Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills.
