Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping and event data within internal systems.

1. Update and manage the central event tracker, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.

1. Maintain client context information and communicate event requirements to the Experience team.

1. Monitor shipping requirements and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of event materials.

1. Create detailed event briefs for various event formats to support successful event delivery.

1. Review and quality-check event materials, presentations, and KBYG documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
