About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Conduct outreach to schools, universities, teacher education institutions, NGOs, and education networks across Delhi

1. Support meetings with academic institutions, school systems, and potential partners through scheduling, coordination, and follow-up

1. Visit institutions, schools, events, and education spaces to build relationships and understand the ecosystem

1. Collect, organize, and update databases of institutions, educators, organisations, and stakeholders

1. Map Delhi's education ecosystem, including school systems, academic institutions, and community initiatives

1. Maintain records of meetings, contacts, institutional visits, and follow-up actions

1. Support the planning and execution of workshops, discussions, book fairs, exhibitions, and outreach events

1. Assist in increasing the visibility of the Delhi Centre through outreach and engagement activities

1. Identify collaboration opportunities with schools, universities, networks, and civil society organisations

1. Prepare brief reports, field notes, meeting summaries, and documentation of activities

1. Participates in academic, community, and education-related events to expand institutional networks

1. Support dissemination activities related to books, educational resources, and learning materials

1. Coordinate with team members to track progress, share updates, and support ongoing initiatives

1. Contribute to strengthening relationship management systems and communication processes for institutional engagement
