Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise daily production operations to achieve production targets efficiently.
- Ensure product quality while minimizing rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and tool room teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily production reports and analyze production performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and shop floor procedures.
