Product Strategy Director - Provider Data - Cigna Healthcare - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Product Strategy Director – Provider Data to lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers. This role is responsible for defining and executing product strategy, overseeing the product lifecycle, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes.

The Director partners closely with engineering, operations, data, design, and business stakeholders to align product investments with enterprise objectives. This leader continuously evolves the product portfolio by leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, large language models (LLMs), automation, and modern product development practices. The role balances innovation with scalability, risk, and governance while translating strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers across multiple products or product lines.

- Foster a culture of customer focus, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans.

- Promote excellence in product discovery, delivery, and outcomes-based decision making.

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Develop and manage product roadmaps that balance customer value, operational efficiency, and business impact.

- Identify opportunities to leverage data, technology, AI, automation, and emerging product development approaches.

- Evaluate new technologies and trends to inform long-term product strategy and portfolio evolution.

- Ensure responsible adoption of innovative technologies while maintaining governance and scalability.
