The Product Manager- Savings Account will lead the development, management, and digital transformation of the Banks Savings Account portfolio. The role involves end-to-end ownership of product lifecycle, customer journeys, process optimization, regulatory compliance, and profitability, with a sharp focus on enhancing customer experience and driving business growth across segments.
Manage updates to rates, charges, policy notes, and compliance frameworks
Support regulatory reporting and ensure timely resolution of regulator queries
Identify and mitigate risks in product and process frameworks
Business Growth & Partnerships
Drive CASA growth, revenue, and customer acquisition
Identify opportunities for new initiatives, innovation, and incremental revenue generation
Manage alliances, tie-ups, and partnerships for product promotions and cross-sell
Own marketing collaterals including brochures, website content, and campaigns
Stakeholder Management & Enablement
Act as SPOC for product knowledge, marketing support, and campaigns across frontline channels
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Ops, Tech, Design, and Sales teams
Conduct trainings and mentoring for frontline teams on product/process changes
Drive alignment across stakeholders for seamless execution
P&L and Performance Ownership
Own Savings Account P&L, budgets, and revenue targets
Improve channel productivity and business performance
Track and optimize product usage, engagement, and profitability
Education and Work Experience Requirements: EDUCATION MBA / PGDM in Finance or Marketing (Tier 1 / Tier 2 preferred) WORK EXPERIENCE 37 years of experience in banking or financial servicesStrong experience in Savings Accounts / CASA / Liabilities product management Exposure to AI/ML, data analytics, or digital transformation projects preferred
