JOB SUMMARY:
As a Product Manager within the Nutrition Division, you will be part of an exciting, high-growth space operating at the intersection of consumer health and pharmaceuticals (OTC/OTx). This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative brands and drive impact in a dynamic and evolving market.
The role encompasses marketing and sales in collaboration with commercial management, headquarters (product brand planning), sales management, market access management, medical management, registration colleagues, communication agencies, and market advice groups. They also manage the Product Life Cycle (PLC) of Brands.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development, collaboration, implementation, & accountability for strategic and operational plans which optimize profitability, market share, and revenue growth for a brand portfolio in the short and long term. Applicant to lead various assignments to help the BU meet overall BU business goals
- Development of marketing and promotional plans for products to support the end consumer’s need
- Monitor business performance and support the portfolio with the help of regular tracking
- Market intelligence through primary research and customer connect.
- Leverage market research insights from a marketing perspective to inform brand strategy, positioning, and campaign effectiveness.
