Our products are being used by leading healthcare providers across the US and India. About the RoleWe have a proven product and are focused on expanding adoption across targeted physician segments. As a Product Manager (Customer Acquisition & Growth), you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition - from identifying prospects and conducting outreach to running product demos and onboarding new users. You will spend a significant portion of your time interacting directly with physicians, understanding their workflows, demonstrating the product, and helping them successfully adopt AI-powered tools in their practice. This is a highly hands-on role with direct exposure to startup growth, customer acquisition, customer success, and go-to-market execution. You will work closely with the founders and have a measurable impact on company growth. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Acquisition & Outreach
- Identify clinicians within target healthcare segments.
- Execute outreach campaigns and advance qualified prospects through the customer acquisition funnel.Product Demonstrations
- Conduct live product walkthroughs for physicians and clinical teams clearly articulating product capabilities, use cases, and value proposition.
- Assess customers existing workflows, operational challenges and adoption barriers to align product positioning with their needs.Customer Onboarding & Activation
- Facilitate onboarding and initial setup for new users to accelerate activation.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product and engineering teams.Growth Operations
- Track outreach, customer interactions, and funnel performance using CRM tools.
- Monitor conversion metrics and identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and activation.

- Conversion rates across the acquisition funnel
Requirements
- 02 years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or relevant internships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
