The Manager deeply understands our target audiences everyday challenges and comes out with content that helps solve customer problems. Through close collaborations with Internal stake holders, External marketing content designers and writers, product developers, the role holder shall come out with the most suitable marketing content. Key Responsibilities:1. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for defining and amplifying product propositions2. Pricing and Profitability: Determine product pricing strategies and ensure products are profitable by monitoring cost structures and pricing strategies.3. Marketing and Promotion: Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to effectively along with fertilizer products and drive sales. Plan and execute the sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as R&D, sales, supply chain, and to ensure product availability and alignment with business goals.5. Product Training: Provide training to sales and customer support teams on product knowledge and benefits to assist them in effectively selling the product.6. Customer Feedback: Gather repeat purchase feedback from customers and identify issues and address them to improve repeat purchase.Manage other stakeholders to continuously improve products and address any issues.7. Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for product development and marketing activities.8. Product Life Cycle / Product laddering: Identify opportunities to expand product usage by giving new product ideas in this segment to R&D. Skills and qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Significant product marketing and development experience
- Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles
- Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns
