We're working on the future. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and get energized by turning manual work into streamlined, automated solutions, this is your opportunity.
We're looking for a Product Manager who brings deep Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) domain expertise and pairs it with an automation-first mindset. You'll own the strategy to transform how we deliver BIM services at scale, managing WWDE's common data environment (CDE) and coordinating within the Amazon BIM ecosystem: project configuration, file exchange, standards and compliance, QAQC, and cross-platform data integration with automation. You will identify inefficiencies, design mechanisms to optimize them, and drive cross-functional execution to deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented in execution yet innovative in simplifying existing processes.
Key job responsibilities
Own and manage WWDE's Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) configuration, including project setup, folder structure, templates, and naming conventions
Own project member onboarding, role assignments, permission controls, and request-to-join ticketing system to ensure secure and compliant access
Define and drive file exchange requirements, document workflows, and publishing processes to maintain CDE integrity
Optimize and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), wiki, training materials, and playbooks for end-user proficiency
Identify repetitive manual workflows and deliver automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
Continuously evaluate existing processes and tools, delivering simplifications and standardization improvements that raise the bar for customers
Support cross-platform data integration initiatives and contribute to building scalable solutions
A day in the life You own the "how" behind WWDE's BIM platform operations. On any given day, you might be scoping an automation that eliminates 20 hours per week of manual project setup, defining the API integration pattern for a new data pipeline, writing the spec for a self-service access management tool, or presenting your quarterly roadmap to leadership. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving. You treat every manual process as technical debt and work systematically to retire it.
