In this role, you have the opportunity to prove your strengths in product industrialization and grow in multi-disciplinary Team/Project Management. You will focus on Product Industrialization. Driving operational finesse, efficiency, availability, quality and lead-time and developing long-term plans to support business expectations. Other key areas are building Design for Manufacturing (DFM)/ Design for Supply Chain Management (DfSCM) processes, technology roadmaps, core/non-core assessments, make-or-buy decisions, CAPEX investments, customizations strategies, first-time-right NPI and establishing a culture of continuous improvement.
Your role:
Project Management of all work to meet Schedule, Cost, and Quality Requirements
Balancing multiple interdependencies and business risks related to product introduction activities
Ensuring optimum process capability, alignment to quality standards, and DfMAT (design for manufacturability, assembly and test) best practices are leveraged
Leading and cooperating with an Operations project team including engineering, procurement, quality, logistics, catalog management and manufacturing
Representing Operations in the integral project team and acting as Single Point of Contact between Operations and the cross- functional project team
Identifying and Driving manufacturing/engineering/value chain improvements during product development projects & transfer projects and drive product improvements with regard to variety, cost, quality and failure rate, implementing DfMAT principles
Identifying the impact of new products on the current supply chain architecture and manufacturing concepts in order to develop the required architecture and solutions, initiate the deployment and define guidelines and complete implementation

Being responsible for the implementation in the supply chain of project related Engineering Changes
Cooperate with partners to define concepts of new products with efficient landed costs
Driving make/buy decisions and be involved in supplier selection process
Driving operational excellence of project execution to achieve first time right predictable project execution
Investigating, improving & deploying procedures related to Product Industrialization

You are a part of
The Business Image Guided Therapy System (IGTS). We deliver medical systems and solutions that are based on the usage of X-ray. Within this Business the Product Industrialization department is responsible for developing and releasing the manufacturing process for new products considering people, quality, processes, tools and the performance of production execution from order to installation, with the purpose to establish faster, better and cheaper realization processes in order to achieve outstanding results.You will report into the Product Industrialization Leader of IGTS and work closely together with engineering, procurement, logistics, quality, supply chain, catalog development and manufacturing.
You're the right fit if you have:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Product Industrialisation, NPI, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
Proven track record leading complex cross-functional projects in regulated industries.
Experience driving NPI, LCM, product transfers, and engineering changes across global manufacturing sites.
Strong stakeholder, risk, issue, and change management skills.
Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership capabilities.
Medical Device experience preferred; Aerospace, Automotive, or similar regulated industries considered.
Key Skills:
Proven experience in NPI, LCM, and Product Industrialisation of complex electro-mechanical products in a regulated manufacturing environment
Complex project leadership

Experience in regulated, high-complexity environments
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously.
How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office based role.
