Role
We are looking for a Product Director to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, reporting to the Director, Product Management in the product management department. This role will lead strategy, roadmap, and adoption for critical ZPA platform initiatives, focusing on driving foundational platform capabilities that improve scalability, resiliency, operational efficiency, and customer adoption across a complex enterprise product portfolio. As a highly strategic and cross-functional product leader, you will partner closely with engineering, architecture, operations, and go-to-market teams to define and deliver infrastructure investments that strengthen platform performance, simplify operations, and support the needs of both commercial and regulated environments.

- Define and drive the roadmap for key infrastructure and platform capabilities
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, operations, and field teams to identify priorities and deliver high-impact platform enhancements
