Consistently create world-class designs from consumer insights and reflection, through concept sketching and prototypes that inspire our teams and clients alike Work across a variety of mediums in the design and production of branding, product design, and packaging Demonstrate exceptional skills – rapidly creating hand and computer sketching to explore concepts, and bringing them to life in 3D using Rhino 3D, KeyShot, and Adobe suite to deliver high-quality, actionable assets Excellent time/project management skills in a multi-project fast-paced environment, and a high do-say ratio. Manage and mentor mid-junior designers in the art of managing clients, projects, and producing work efficiently using analog and digital applications to a refined level to hand off to our clients and partners Work collaboratively across the various Wipro teams and Wipro companies to deliver on timelines and quality expectations of your projects including artifacts such as presentations, specs, and CMF requirements Partner with other disciplines to create integrated UX for physical and digital products Present your design work in client presentations in strategic terms with a design-focused rationale Create PD-centric business development artifacts, POVs, pitches, and proposals ͏ Qualifications We would like you to have: A bachelors/master’s degree in industrial design, product design, or similar educational background. 8+ years of hands-on work experience in the field including several years of project and team leadership. Deep experience with user-centered design methods and design strategy with the ability to turn research insights into feasible design concepts for physical/digital products Experience working at a design agency A highly expressive ideation and exploration process involving rapid visualization of multiple concepts and iterative pruning and refinement of design directions using different techniques and methods. Exceptional written/drawn/verbal communication skills Detail-orientation, with ability to seek creative viable solution to any given situation Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment A ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together Ambition and vision to build a world-class product design practice A relevant portfolio of work displaying the product design process from concept to delivery ͏ ͏ ͏
