About the team and the role:
At eBay, our Design team creates end-to-end experiences that connect millions of buyers and sellers worldwide. We bring together design, content, research, and data to solve real customer problems in simple, inclusive ways.
In this role, you’ll design experiences from start to finish, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Research. You’ll help shape product direction, design clear solutions, and improve how we communicate with customers. You’ll work through complex, sometimes undefined problems, collaborate openly, and stay curious—exploring new tools and technologies, including AI.
What you will accomplish:
- Contribute to complex features across the customer journey, grounded in real buyer and seller needs.
- Work end to end — from identifying problems to delivering complete solutions — moving quickly and adapting as needed.
- Turn business, customer, and experience goals into clear design solutions that balance user needs and constraints.
- Build high-quality solutions that consider product, design, and engineering needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create thoughtful product experiences and stay aligned through the process.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes using modern tools, and explore AI to improve your work.
What you will bring:
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in interaction, product, or UX design.
