Product Designer, Document Cloud

The opportunity

Adobe Design is looking for an innovative Senior Experience Designer to join our Document Cloud team. You’ll be working on products such as Adobe Acrobat, Sign, and Scan (just to name a few) that are ubiquitous in the lives and work of more than 700 million monthly active users and span across a multitude of surfaces and platforms. As the fastest-growing cloud in all of Adobe, you'll be given the opportunity to design the future of documents for the everyday knowledge worker, solopreneur, and individual around the world.

The Document Cloud design team also has a strong legacy of innovation and continues to be recognized for groundbreaking work. We were honoured in TIME’s Best Inventions in 2023 for our advancements in Liquid Mode, and again in 2024 for Acrobat’s AI Assistant. As a key design team member, you’ll play an integral part in crafting the next generation of productivity tools at Adobe! We are working on projects that help people consume, comprehend, create, and collaborate on documents in new ways.

What you’ll do

Design simple, elegant, and intuitive conversational GenAI experiences that make Acrobat feel more human, contextual, and responsive.

Define and scale a unified AI system—one language, one personality, one set of intelligent behaviors—across Acrobat’s core surfaces and tools.

Craft cohesive interaction patterns that connect prompt-based, generative, and conversational touchpoints into a single fluid experience.

Apply a growth mindset to design and experiment with AI experiences that deepen engagement, build trust, and make interaction feel effortless.

Define design strategy and craft visions for AI-first products and experiences, communicating them to senior executives through compelling storytelling.

Explore design ideas through sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes that bring both conversational and unified AI experiences to life.

Advocate for the user—using feedback, research, and data to uncover unexpected needs and design AI that feels trustworthy and genuinely helpful.

Partner closely with product, engineering, and research to scale conversational and unified AI capabilities across Acrobat, ensuring consistency and clarity in every interaction.
