The company values creativity, innovation, and a strong commitment to child-friendly design standards.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for a Product and Interior Designer (Kids Spaces and Furniture). The designer will conceptualize and develop interior layouts and furniture designs for childrens rooms, play areas, nurseries, and related spaces, from initial mood boards to final execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, 3D visualization and renders, creating detailed drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating with vendors, fabricators, and contractors. The role involves translating client requirements into practical and visually engaging designs and realistic renders, preparing presentations, and participating in client meetings and site visits. The designer will also contribute to product development, prototyping, quality checks, and continuous improvement of existing furniture lines and spatial solutions for kids.Qualifications
- Strong foundation in interior design and product design, preferably with a focus on childrens spaces, furniture, or lifestyle products.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, or similar) and basic understanding of rendering workflows.
- Ability to create detailed technical drawings, working drawings, and production-ready specifications for furniture and interior elements.
- Experience with material selection, finishes, ergonomics, and safety standards relevant to childrens furniture and interior environments.
- Solid project management skills, including time management, task prioritization, and coordination with suppliers, fabricators, and site teams.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for color, proportion, and child-friendly aesthetics.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to explain concepts clearly to clients, team members, and external partners.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, conduct site visits, oversee execution quality, and respond to on-ground design challenges.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Product Design, Furniture Design, or a related discipline.
