We’re Hiring: Procurement & Supply Chain Management Executive Company: BCITS Pvt Ltd.Location: BengaluruExperience: 2–5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeFunction: Procurement, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Logistics About the RoleBCITS Pvt Ltd. is looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Management Executive with hands-on experience in electronics, IT hardware, IoT components, networking equipment, software licenses, import procurement, logistics coordination, and vendor management.The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage sourcing, procurement, vendor coordination, purchase orders, import documentation, logistics follow-up, inventory coordination, and timely material availability for product development and project execution. Key ResponsibilitiesManage procurement and supply chain activities for electronic components, IT hardware, networking equipment, IoT devices, software licenses, tools, and project-related materials.Coordinate with technical teams for BoM, part numbers, datasheets, specifications, MOQ, lead time, alternates, compatibility, warranty, and support terms.Coordinate with senior management for day to day activities involving procurement and supply chain management.Manage import procurement coordination including HS codes, import duty, freight, customs documentation, landed cost calculation, CHA/logistics coordination, and shipment tracking.Track material availability, delivery timelines, pending orders, inward receipts, and project-wise procurement status.Maintain vendor database, rate cards, purchase records, PO records, invoices, delivery challans, warranty documents, and import documentation.Coordinate with accounts for invoice validation, GST compliance, payment follow-up, vendor reconciliation, and cost tracking.Support inventory and asset coordination with admin, stores, IT, and project teams.Ensure procurement compliance, documentation discipline, and audit readiness.Required SkillsExperience in procurement and supply chain management for electronics / IT / IoT / hardware components/Software Licenses.Working knowledge of import duty, customs clearance, HS codes, landed cost, freight, logistics, and import documentation.Ability to understand basic technical specifications, BoM, datasheets, part numbers, and vendor alternatives.Strong vendor negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.Good understanding of GST, invoices, purchase orders, payment terms, warranty, AMC, and support terms.Strong Excel skills for quotation comparison, procurement trackers, supply chain tracking, and landed cost calculation.Ability to coordinate with technical, accounts, logistics, admin, stores, and project teams.Strong ownership mindset with ability to close procurement requirements within timelines.
